Instructions and Guidelines
Prior to first use, rinse each bag of resin by passing a steady stream of fresh water (RO Preferably) 4 to 5 cups approximately; discard water once completed. Each 250ml of Nitrate Fx will remove 10ppm nitrate in 125 US-gallons of water (or 5ppm per 250 US-gallons) and 500ml will remove 10ppm nitrate in 250 US-gallons of water (or 5ppm per 500 US-gallons). Removal is directly related to resin contact time with water; maximizing contact time with water will remove more nitrates and aid in the overall quality of aquarium water. For best results, resins should be used inside a reactor or a pressurized canister.
Nitrate Fx is regenerable multiple times, making it a cost-effective means for the reduction of nitrates in marine and freshwater aquariums.
Dissolve 1 Blue Life USA Regeneration Kit (SOLD SEPERATELY) into 1/2 gallon of room-temperature water per 250-ml of resin to be regenerated in a clean pail; place resin into pail and stir; allow Nitrate Fx to soak at least 1 hour (for best results soak overnight) frequently agitating the bags; then remove from regeneration solution and rinse thoroughly in fresh water before re-using. Do not regenerate with bleach, this will permanently damage the adsorption resin and could kill aquarium inhabitants. Caution: Resin sold moist. Keep closed to prevent drying. Weight varies due to moisture content, the product is sold by volume rather than weight. DO NOT LET RESIN DRY OUT!

You have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. Note! does not apply to ordering and custom made products.
The right of return only applies to unused and salable products with product labels in the original packaging.
The subscriber is responsible for paying the refund. The return fee in 5,90€.
We deliver all orders by post. Posti stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. If the package is not picked up during this time, it will be returned to the sender. An unclaimed shipment is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act. In these cases, we will automatically charge 15€ for postage and handling in connection with the refund.

Problem situations during transport and for defective products:
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been deliveded to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to email@example.com
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.
